Rent-A-Center Happiness App<\/h1><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>The Happiness App is a spot I directed this year. A new character introduction for the Rent A Center brand for a national ad campaign. The character “Cinch” was designed in-agency and brought to us for a facelight, followed by a 30 second animated spot. There was the idea of having him on a white cyc, but I suggested we spice it up with some other elements. We ended up going with this theater setting where elements were sliding in.
